Kerala SSLC Revaluation 2025: Dates, Process, and Complete Guide for Students

The Kerala SSLC Class 10 results 2025 were declared by Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan on May 9, 2025, with a remarkable passing rate of 99.5%. A big congratulations to all the students who cleared the exam!

But for some students, things might not feel perfect, especially if you’re disappointed with the marks you got in one or two subjects. Don’t worry! You still have a chance to review your answer sheets through the Revaluation, Photocopy, or Scrutiny process.

The application window for these services opens on May 12, 2025. In this blog, you’ll learn what revaluation is, how it can help you, who can apply, and the full process step-by-step.

What is Revaluation and How Does It Help?

Revaluation means your answer sheet will be completely rechecked by another examiner to ensure all answers were evaluated correctly and the total marks were calculated properly.

Benefits of Revaluation:

• It gives you a second chance if your answers were missed or wrongly marked.
• Your marks may increase, decrease, or stay the same after revaluation.
• You also get more clarity and transparency in the marking process.

Who Can Apply for Revaluation, Scrutiny, or Photocopy?

• Any student who appeared for the Kerala SSLC 2025 exam and feels their marks are lower than expected in any subject can apply.
• These services are available only for theory papers (not for IT subject).
• You can apply for one, two, or multiple subjects—but only the ones you are doubtful about.

This is a 5-day window right after the results are announced on May 9, 2025. Don’t miss it!

Types of Services You Can Choose

Note: These services are not available for the IT paper. Also, you don’t need to apply for scrutiny if you are already applying for revaluation in the same subject.

How to Apply – Step-by-Step Process

1. Visit the Official Website
   Go to sslcexam.kerala.gov.in
2. Login to the Portal
   Click on “Revaluation/Photocopy/Scrutiny Applications Registration.”
   Use your registration number and date of birth to log in.
3. Select Your Services
   Choose the subjects and type of service (Revaluation, Photocopy, or Scrutiny) you want to apply for.
4. Submit the Online Form
   Your details will be auto-filled. The system will automatically calculate the total fee. Submit the application.
5. Print and Submit at School
   Print out your application form. Submit it along with the correct fee (in cash) to your school principal or headmaster.

Only applications confirmed by your school and with the full fee paid will be processed.

The Kerala Board will review all submitted applications and is expected to publish the revaluation results by late June, or early July 2025.
If your marks change, you’ll be given a new mark sheet with the updated score.
