Conduct one-on-one online tutoring sessions using interactive tools and techniques to capture students' attention.
Help students develop fundamental skills such as letter recognition, phonics, number sense, and early writing.
Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback to parents and the Client Relation Officer (CRO).
Maintain effective communication with parents and CRO to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide guidance.
Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each student.
Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students to learn and explore.
